Co-Impact Sourcing Trips Are Back!
®
Co-Impact Sourcing Trips are returning in 2023. We worked diligently with our sourcing partners in 2022 to establish safe travel plans for both our Wellness Advocates and the sourcing communities they’ll visit. These trips allow leaders to learn firsthand from our Sourcing team, as well as the distillers, farmers, and harvesters who help produce pure essential oils.

Tame Your Hair and Protect the Planet
In 2022, we launched two sustainable haircare products: the doTERRA hair Shampoo and Conditioner Strengthening Bars. The solid bars save more than 13 fluid ounces of water. Plus, they’re packaged in recyclable bio-based materials, don’t require plastic bottles, and reduce overall shipping impact.
Global Logistics & Sustainability
doTERRA moves tons of raw and finished goods worldwide. Over the last few years, we’ve focused on sustainability by shifting from air freight to ocean freight. In 2022, we executed over 1,100 ocean shipments to support our global customers’ needs—a 12.8% increase over 2021. Along with prioritizing lower footprint shipping methods, selecting the right partners is key to our sustainability efforts. In 2022, our international logistics group awarded several international logistics lanes to Gallantry Global Logistics, a service-disabled veteran–owned small business.+
